Lightweight LED and shadowline cornice is the smart choice
Lightweight foam cornice has become a preferred choice for home renovators and many professionals, due to the relatively easy and quick installation process. Our cornice takes these benefits to the next level, as the floating aspect eliminates much of the edge finishing, and cutting in when painting.
Beyond the practical benefits, they are also actively diverting waste from landfill. Our cornice is made from up to 100% recycled packaging polystyrene, collected from communities across Australia. It is then manufactured into high-denisty XPS foam, used by the local construction industry as insulation, due to it's superior thermal qualities.
While XPS foam cornice is a relatively new concept in Australia, it is well established across the world as a cost effective and time saving alternative to plaster and timber, which doesn't compromise on finish quality.
Since we use locally manufactured material to make our cornice, you can rest assured that it is developed specifically to Australian standards and for Australian conditions.
We carry 2 ranges - Pure Shadow makes the most of the floating aspect to offer a sleek cornice with a modern twist, while the Soft Glow range allows for the integration of an LED strip to add soft lighting.
The Floating Cornice concept is an innovation from our manufacturing partner DS4 Decor, and is currently pending Australian Design Right application.
