All our products are manufactured locally in Melbourne Australia, and we have serviced consumer and trade customers throughout Australia for over 2 years.

Base material sourced from Foamex Australia, manufactured in Melbourne at scale for the Australian construction industry. Our local supply chain mean we minimise emissions associated with shipping material over large distances.

Our products are made using Foamex’s Styroboard XPS, which is made from up to 100% recycled polystyrene, diverted from landfill.

Zero Ozone Depletion:

•      Our material is produced in Australia and complies with  regulations relating to Ozone Depleting and  Global Warming  substances.

•      It does not use in its manufacturing process;

•      Ozone Depleting Substances (ODP) such as CFCs & HFCs as defined under the Emi-9 criterion

•      Polyvinylchloride (PVC) as defined under Mat-7 criterion

•      Formaldehyde as defined under IEQ-14 criterion

•      Blowing Agents used in our material Ozone Depleting Potential = Zero

Low VOC:

Low levels of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) may be found in organic materials. The VOC content of our material at 4kg/Cum, is well below the maximum levels of between 14 and 75kg/Cum indicated under IEQ-13 criterion.
